trunk: Implemented file loading of JPEG, TGA, TIFF and a few others, by using SDL_Image builtin loader. Added visible 'hourglass' cursor during 24bit color reduction.

Makefile: README.txt and a new COMPILING.txt are now added in win32 and src packages.
Updated NSIS script to 99.0 version.
Cleaned up the list of error codes and error messages.
Removed a debug print.
