32ec828835 Group all copyright statements in a single file. 
This gives a much clearer overview of the licensing.

It also shows there are some problems:
- Some files are under GPLv3 only
- Some files have no known license at all.

92facef46d Convert comments to UTF-8 
most were encoded in Latin1 / CP1252
but a few lines in op_c.c were using IBM437/850 !

37007e7a7b Lua: Running a script no longer systematically take an history step ('Undo/Redo'). This backup is now only performed on the first time that an image-modifying function is called, and only on layers/frames that need it. Also fix up selectlayer() a little.

26613ec440 Program now remembers favorite mode layers/anim, based on last time you switched in splash screen or toolbar. Fixed graphic behavior when mode 5 is enabled/disabled, and added a safety (colors <4).

db50b4ebdc More unification of layers and anim version: toolbars work. You can switch toolbars by right-clicking the icon from status bar: it proposes 'Anim' only while the current image has 1 layer (see Button_toggle_toolbar()). The animation-specific stuff (rendering...) isn't activated yet, see all the NOLAYERS places remaining. Also will need a trick for keyboard shortcuts to work on multiple buttons, and extra code on swap-to-spare, undo, redo, load etc. to sync toolbars with Image_type.

82e469a11e Now save all color ranges, not only the cycling ones. Only solid ranges (1 color) are discarded. Also fixed a few harmless compilation warnings
