4aa61a4407 Fix makefile (install/uninstall) to install/uninstall scripts, and added Ilkke's Scenish skin and Seen font to archives. Updated Help credits. Made DPaint the default font for new install (it goes together with DPaint skin)

395c225463 -Disabled latex generation for doxygen (was weongly enabled because of previous cleanup) 
-Removed version numbers and date from doxygen html footer so the files are no longer all modified when regenerating

db130fc60d trunk: Implemented file loading of JPEG, TGA, TIFF and a few others, by using SDL_Image builtin loader. Added visible 'hourglass' cursor during 24bit color reduction.
